For/AGENCIES

One platform for agencies that run on client work.

Accounts, projects, hours, and invoices on the same record. AI agents that handle the operational grind so your team can stay on the craft.

Helm is an AI work platform built for agencies: creative, marketing, design, and dev. It unifies CRM, projects, time tracking, invoicing, and documents into one system, then adds autonomous AI agents that run billing, project updates, and client follow-ups. Per-workspace pricing, white label available on Business tier.

Why agencies run on Helm

The friction we remove.

The tool stack is a second job.

Most agencies run five tools pretending to talk to each other: a CRM, a project manager, a time tracker, an accounting app, a document store. Helm collapses that into one platform. Your team stops being stack administrators and goes back to being designers, strategists, and developers.

Billing accuracy eats the margins.

Time tracked in one app, rolled into invoices in another, reconciled in a third. Every handoff leaks revenue. In Helm, the hour you track and the line on the invoice are the same record. Payment Recovery agents chase overdue invoices on personalized cadences so you stop writing off receivables.

Agency work doesn't scale linearly.

Twice the clients means more than twice the operational overhead, if you run it manually. AI agents in Helm take over the repeatable grind: standups, status updates, client check-ins, dunning, onboarding. You add clients without proportionally adding headcount.

White-label and client portal when you need them.

On Business tier, Helm supports a fully white-labeled client portal: your brand, your domain, your UX. Clients see only what you want them to. Agency-specific protections like tiered agent access and IP lock-in keep your operational expertise inside your workspace.

Pricing

Per-workspace pricing. No per-seat tax.

Helm is priced per workspace, not per seat. When your AI staff help a smaller team do the work of a bigger one, your bill doesn't go up for being lean. All 12 apps are included on every plan.

FAQ

Questions from agencies.

What size agency is Helm built for?

The core Helm feature set fits agencies from 2 people to ~50. Solo agencies can run on Starter; teams of 5-30 typically run Pro; agencies needing client portal and white label run Business.

Do you replace QuickBooks or integrate with it?

Helm Invoicing handles client billing end-to-end with Stripe, so it's a full replacement for QuickBooks' invoicing side. Most agencies still use QuickBooks or Xero for accounting; Helm syncs invoicing data via Composio on Pro and Business plans.

How does pricing work for agencies?

Helm is priced per workspace, not per seat. If your AI agents help a team of 3 do the work of 10, your bill doesn't go up for getting leaner. See the Pricing page for tier details and transaction fees on billed revenue.

Can I white-label the client experience?

Yes, on Business tier. The client portal, invoice pages, and estimate pages can all be branded with your logo, domain, and colors. Clients never see the "Helm" brand.

How do the AI agents keep client data separate per account?

Workspace isolation is enforced at the database level via row-level security. Agent memory is scoped per workspace and per agent. No data bleeds between clients or workspaces.
