Email broadcasts, straight from your CRM
Helm Broadcasts sends newsletters, launches, offers, and client updates from the same place you run the work. Every open and click lands on the client record.
Everything Helm Broadcasts can do.
Built into the platform. No add-ons, no integrations, no per-feature pricing.
Every campaign you send
Monthly newsletters, product launches, seasonal offers, service changes, a note to clients who have gone quiet. One email, one audience, out the door in minutes.
Results land on the client
Opens and clicks attach to the person who made them. Your account manager opens a client record and sees the launch email they clicked twice, without asking anyone for a report.
The audience is your CRM
Send to your clients, your prospects, or any filter you saved as a segment. Helm builds the recipient list at send time, so it matches your contacts that day.
Nothing ships unseen
Write in a rich-text editor with links and personalization, preview it with sample data in every token, then send yourself a test before anyone else gets it.
Send now or pick the moment
Schedule it for Tuesday at 9am and walk away. The audience resolves when it fires, so anyone who joins between now and then is included.
The compliance part is handled
Consent, unsubscribe links, the headers inbox providers expect, and your own verified sending domain. Helm keeps that side clean so you can think about the campaign.
Wired into every other app by default.
Set Helm Broadcasts up once. The rest of the platform uses it forever. One data layer, no sync, no glue scripts.
Audiences are CRM segments. Consent and unsubscribes live on the contact record.
A consent field on any form is how contacts opt in to hear from you.
Broadcasts use the same verified domains and sender identities as your 1:1 email.
Sequences handle paced follow-up. Broadcasts handle the single send.
Three steps, then it goes.
Name it, pick who it comes from, choose the audience. Write the subject and body, drop in personalization for first name or company, and send yourself a test. Then send now or schedule it. Once it's out, the broadcast locks and turns into a results page.
The campaign and the client are one record.
Send from a standalone email tool and the results stay stranded there. A client clicks your pricing announcement and nobody who talks to them ever knows. In Helm that click lands on their contact record, next to the project, the invoice, and the last three emails. The account manager sees the opening on Monday morning, and your agents can act on it without anyone exporting a report.
Your name on the envelope and the links.
Broadcasts go out from a domain you verify, so the sending reputation you build belongs to you. Add one more DNS record and the tracked links carry your domain too. Unsubscribe handling and the headers Gmail and Outlook look for are added for you, and opens from image proxies get filtered out so the rate you read counts people.
The difference an integrated Helm Broadcasts makes.
Campaigns go out from a marketing tool holding its own copy of your contacts, and the results stay locked in its dashboard. The account manager having lunch with that client on Thursday has no idea they clicked anything.
The campaign sends from the same place as the projects, the invoices, and the client conversations. Opens and clicks land on the record, where the account manager and your agents can act on them.
What happens when you use it.
You launch a new service and want every client to know.
One broadcast to your whole client base, with opens and clicks landing live as it goes out.
A seasonal offer should reach retainer clients only.
Save that CRM filter as a segment once. It stays the audience for every campaign like it.
A quiet prospect clicks the link in your announcement.
The click shows up on their timeline, so whoever owns the relationship sees the opening and calls.
Last quarter's newsletter performed and you want it again.
Duplicate it into a fresh draft and swap the copy. The original results stay intact.

Questions about Helm Broadcasts.
How is a broadcast different from a sequence?
A broadcast is one email sent once to an audience you pick. A sequence is a series of emails sent to each contact on a delay after they are enrolled. Reach for a broadcast when you have an announcement, a newsletter, or a policy change. Reach for a sequence when you want paced follow-up with one person at a time.
Who receives a broadcast?
Contacts with recorded email consent who match your audience. Helm holds back anyone who unsubscribed, hard-bounced, or marked a previous message as spam. Both counts appear before you send: how many will receive it, and how many were excluded.
Do I need my own sending domain?
Yes. Broadcasts send from a domain you own and verified, with a sender identity on it. Add the domain in Settings, add the DNS records Helm gives you, and you can send. Writing and previewing work before that. Only the send waits. This is what keeps one workspace from spending another workspace reputation.
How do contacts opt in?
The main path is a consent field on a Helm form. A ticked consent field records the opt-in on the contact along with where it came from. Consent can also arrive with an import or get set by your team on the record itself. A plain checkbox does not count.
Are unsubscribes handled for me?
Yes. An unsubscribe link goes in every broadcast automatically, with the list headers inbox providers expect. When someone opts out it writes back to their contact record, which pulls them from future broadcasts and stops any sequence they were enrolled in.
Can an AI agent write and send a broadcast?
Not today. A person composes and sends it in the app. Agents work upstream and downstream: they can build the intake form that captures consent, keep contact data current, and act on the engagement that lands on the record afterward.
Does Helm do A/B tests, drag-and-drop templates, or automated drips?
Not today. Broadcasts do one clean send from your own domain to people who agreed to hear from you. Split tests and a visual template builder are not in the current release. Automated multi-step follow-up is what Sequences are for.
Which plans include broadcasts?
All of them. Broadcasts sit alongside Email on Solo, Team, and Enterprise. The requirement is a verified sending domain of your own, not a higher tier.
