A sales pipeline that updates itself
Helm Sales Pipeline is the deal tracking app inside the Helm platform. Deals carry stage, value, probability, priority, and custom fields, and share records with CRM, estimates, and invoicing. AI Sales Rep and SDR agents draft outreach and surface stale deals using the same pipeline your team works.
Everything Helm Sales Pipeline can do.
Built into the platform. No add-ons, no integrations, no per-feature pricing.
Kanban by stage
Drag deals across lead, qualified, proposal, negotiation, won, and lost. Switch to a filterable list or a table without losing context.
Value, probability, close date
Every deal carries amount, probability, and expected close date. Assign an owner, set a priority, and track what is actually about to land.
Tied to the account
Deals belong to an account. Client context follows the deal to the project, the estimate, and the invoice once it closes.
Custom fields and priority
Add source, industry, segment, or any field your team sorts by. Flag urgent deals so they surface above the noise.
SDR and Sales Rep agents
Agents qualify inbound leads, draft outreach, and surface stale deals in your board with full account context.
Pipeline stats at a glance
Total value in pipeline, won this month, stage distribution. Available on the deals page and on the dashboard.
Wired into every other app by default.
Set Helm Sales Pipeline up once. The rest of the platform uses it forever. One data layer, no sync, no glue scripts.
Deals belong to accounts. All client context rolls with the company record.
Create estimates for the deal's account. Accepted estimates convert to invoices in one click.
SDR and Sales Rep agents draft outreach and follow-ups through your Gmail.
Close a deal, then bill the work. Invoices stay linked to the account on the deal.
Deals from first touch to closed-won.
Every deal is tied to an account. Stages cover lead, qualified, proposal, negotiation, closed-won, and closed-lost. Priority flags urgent deals. Custom fields let you tag source, segment, or anything else your team sorts by. View the pipeline as a kanban grouped by stage, a filterable list, or a table.
Account in, project and invoice out.
Close a deal; spawn the project from a template under the same account. Convert the accepted estimate to an invoice in one click. Deal context, client context, and delivery live on the same records, so nothing gets lost between the win and the work.
Agents draft outreach and surface the stale deals.
Sales Representative and Sales Development Rep agents draft follow-ups, qualify inbound leads, and surface deals that have gone quiet. Autonomy is configurable: observe the pipeline silently, suggest next actions for approval, or let agents run outreach directly through your Gmail.
The difference an integrated Helm Sales Pipeline makes.
Sales tool in one app, delivery in another, billing in a third. A won deal means a manual handoff, re-entering the account, and hoping the delivery team has the same context. Stale deals rot at the bottom of someone's queue.
Deal, account, project, and invoice on the same records. An SDR agent drafts the first email. A Sales Rep agent surfaces the deal going quiet. When the deal closes, the project and the invoice are already wired to the right account.
What happens when you use it.
A lead submits a form on your site.
Form creates the contact. Workflow opens a deal in the lead stage and assigns an SDR agent to draft outreach.
A deal moves to the proposal stage.
Create an estimate for the account and send it. Sales Rep agent drafts the follow-up in Gmail.
A deal goes silent for fourteen days.
Sales Rep agent flags the stale deal with the account context and drafts a re-engagement email.
The deal closes.
Convert the accepted estimate to an invoice in one click. Spawn the onboarding project from a template under the same account.

Questions about Helm Sales Pipeline.
How does this compare to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close?
Standalone sales CRMs stop at the deal. Helm Sales Pipeline connects every closed-won deal to the project that gets delivered, the invoice that gets paid, and the account that stays with you. AI agents run the pipeline on the same platform the rest of the business runs on.
Can I customize stages and fields?
Default stages are fixed today: lead, qualified, proposal, negotiation, won, lost, archived. Per-workspace stage customization is on the roadmap. Custom fields, priorities, and multiple views (board, list, table) are all supported today.
Does Helm support forecasting?
Every deal carries a value and a probability, and stage-level totals surface on the pipeline and the dashboard. A dedicated weighted-forecast dashboard is on the roadmap. Today, agents or workflows can roll up forecast totals for you on demand.
Can AI agents progress deals?
Yes. Sales Rep and SDR agents can update deals, change stages, draft email follow-ups, and flag stale opportunities. Autonomy levels control whether an agent proposes actions for approval or executes directly.
What happens when a deal closes?
Convert the accepted estimate to an invoice in one click. Spawn the onboarding project from your template under the same account. Workflow automations triggered on deal stage changes are on the roadmap; today, the handoff is a couple of clicks, not a rekey.
