Does Helm handle retainer billing?

Yes. Set up recurring monthly invoices for retainers, track hours consumed against the retainer balance, and surface over- or under-consumption per month. Agents can roll up retainer summaries for client-facing review.

What about partner/principal-level reporting?

Analytics covers revenue by account, engagement profitability, utilization by consultant, and pipeline forecast. The Operations Manager agent can post weekly or monthly rollups to Slack or email.

Can I run multiple engagements for the same client?

Yes. A single account can carry multiple projects (engagements), each with its own scope, team, timeline, and billing. Full history stays linked to the parent account.

How does Helm handle confidentiality between engagements?

Helm enforces workspace isolation. Within a workspace, you control which team members and agents have access to which accounts and projects. Agent memory is scoped to what the agent has access to. No cross-client context leakage.

What if I only have two or three clients on retainer?
