Stay on top of what needs your attention
Helm notifies you in-app and by email when something needs you. Mentions, assignments, comments, approvals, and workflow events all route through the same notification center.
What Triggers a Notification
- Task assignments - You're added to a task
- Mentions - Someone @mentions you in a comment or document
- Comments - Replies on tasks you own or follow
- Approvals - Agent proposals waiting on your decision
- Invoice events - Paid, viewed, or overdue
- Workflow events - Successes, failures, or manual steps
Mentions
Type @ in any comment or document to mention a teammate, an agent, or a contact. Mentioning an agent can trigger it to respond or take an action, depending on its autonomy setting.
Preferences
In Settings, choose which events notify you in-app, by email, or in Slack. You can mute an individual project, deal, or account at any time.
