Notifications & Mentions

Stay on top of what needs your attention

Notifications, reached from the bell in the top bar, gather your mentions and notifications in one place. You choose which events notify you, per record.

Your Notifications

Open the bell to see your mentions and notifications together. Items show who acted, on what, and when. Select an item to mark it read, archive ones you're done with, and filter by read status, task status, or search. There's also a Mark all as read action.

What Triggers a Notification

Notifications come from the records you subscribe to:

  • Projects - A task is added, a task changes status, or a comment is posted
  • Deals - Stage changes, value changes, assignment, or won/lost
  • Invoices - Sent, viewed, paid, or overdue
  • Estimates - Sent, viewed, accepted, or rejected
  • Accounts - A contact is added, or health changes
  • Workflows - A run completes or fails

Mentions

Type @ in a task comment to mention a teammate, an agent, or a contact. The person is notified, and mentioning an agent can prompt it to respond or act, depending on its autonomy level.

Choosing What Notifies You

Open the notification bell on a record (for example a project) to turn individual event types on or off for that record. Turn everything off to stop being notified about it.

Delivery

  • In-app - Everything lands in your Notifications
  • Email - Toggle email notifications in your profile settings
  • Slack - Projects can post task events to a chosen Slack channel when Slack is connected
