Schedule meetings, events, and deadlines

The workspace calendar keeps meetings, client events, and project deadlines in one view. You can create events directly in Helm or sync from Google Calendar.

Event Types

• Meetings - Internal or client-facing calls
• Deadlines - Project milestones and due dates
• Personal - Focus time or blocked availability
• Reminders - Quick nudges that don't need invitees

Linking Events

Attach events to an account, contact, project, or deal. Linked events show up on that record's timeline, and AI agents can read them as context.

Google Calendar Sync

Connect Google Calendar in Settings to pull events from your primary calendar and push Helm events back. See Google Calendar for setup.
