Company Intelligence

The knowledge layer that compounds as you work

Company Intelligence is a workspace-wide knowledge layer that captures what your business knows about its clients, projects, processes, and goals. Every agent and team member reads from the same source of truth, so work stays consistent and you stop re-explaining the same context.

What It Captures

  • Directives - Your mission, values, and constraints, always in scope for agents
  • Memories - Facts about clients, projects, and how you work, accumulated over time
  • SOPs & playbooks - Procedures and brand voice stored as typed documents
  • Org chart & goals - Who does what, and the targets each team is working toward
  • Outcomes - What agents did and what it produced (deals won, invoices paid, tasks completed)

How It Gets Built

Most of the layer fills in on its own. An onboarding scan seeds initial knowledge, agent runs surface new memories for your review, and outcomes are logged automatically as deals close and invoices are paid. You can also write directives, edit goals, and add memories by hand at any time.

Where You Manage It

The Company section in the sidebar is the home for all of it:

  • Pulse - A status dashboard for company health
  • Directives - Edit mission, values, and constraints
  • Org chart & Goals - Roles, departments, and targets
  • SOPs - Procedures, playbooks, and brand voice
  • Review - Approve proposed memories and promote them to company knowledge
  • Reports - Outcomes and the value your agents recovered

Insights on Records

Accounts, contacts, and projects each have an Insightstab that synthesizes what the platform knows into a short summary and structured findings, like payment behavior, active work, and risks, so you don't have to read the raw history.

Why It Matters

Before every run, an agent pulls the relevant directives, memories, and outcomes into its context. Knowledge that contributed to good outcomes is reinforced over time, so the platform gets sharper the more you use it. This is context your agents keep, and it does not transfer to another tool.

Connected Knowledge

You can connect Slack so channel history becomes searchable, citable context for your agents. More knowledge sources are on the roadmap.
