Goals

Company and department targets

Goals are the targets your company and departments are working toward. A goal owned by a role automatically appears in that role's agent context, so agents know what they're optimizing for.

Creating a Goal

1. On the Goals page, add a goal under Company or a department.
2. Set a title, description, status, target date, and progress.
3. Optionally assign an owner role.

Goals show their status (on track, off track, done, and more) and progress at a glance.
