Products

A catalog of what your business sells

Products are a catalog of the services and goods your business sells: retainers, one-off projects, hourly work, license seats, and more. Instead of retyping "SEO work, May" on every invoice, you and your agents pick from a master catalog and override pricing where needed.

Product Details

  • Name & description - What it is, in client-facing or internal terms
  • Pricing - Default rate, unit (hour, month, project, seat, and more), and currency
  • Billing interval - One-time or recurring
  • Category - For grouping and reporting
  • Deliverables - What's included
  • Status - Active or archived (archiving preserves every link)

How Products Connect

  • Accounts - Attach products to record which clients use which offerings
  • Deals - Add products to a deal to track what's being sold and suggest deal value
  • Invoices & estimates - Pick a product as a line item to auto-fill its description and rate
  • Agents - Agents can add products to invoices, estimates, accounts, and deals

Where Products Live

Products sit in the Company section of the sidebar, alongside Directives and Goals, because they describe what your business offers. Products are available on every plan with no limit.
