Directives are rules every agent reads at the top of its instructions. Change them and the next agent run picks them up immediately.

Types of Directive

• Mission - Your purpose, the "why"
• Ideal Customer - Who you sell to, including who to disqualify
• Values - Principles agents use for judgment calls
• Constraints - Hard rules agents won't break

Add a line under any section and edit it inline. Use Suggest to have AI draft directives from your company profile, then keep what fits.
