Sync email threads with contacts and deals

Connect Gmail so email threads with your contacts appear inside Helm. Agents can read and draft replies, and deals/projects surface relevant conversations.

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Gmail
2. Click Connect and authorize with your Google account
3. Choose which labels or folders to sync

What Syncs

• Threads with contacts in your workspace
• Attachments (metadata; download on-demand)
• Sent and received mail for matching contacts

Privacy

Helm only stores threads where at least one participant matches a workspace contact. Mail that isn't relevant to your CRM stays out of Helm.
