Stripe Payments

Accept online payments on invoices

Connect Stripe to collect card and ACH payments directly from invoices. Paid invoices mark themselves paid, and payouts land in your Stripe balance.

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payments
2. Click Connect Stripe and complete onboarding
3. Pick which invoice types accept online payment

What Happens on Payment

• Invoice status moves to Paid
• paid_date is recorded
• A receipt is emailed to the client
• Any payment-triggered workflows fire

Fees & Payouts

Stripe's processing fees apply to each payment. Helm adds a small platform fee on Starter plans; see Plans & Pricingfor details. Payouts follow your Stripe account's schedule.
