External Tools

Connect agents to hundreds of external services

The External Tools integration, powered by Composio, lets agents use tools from services like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Linear, and hundreds more. Agents call these tools the same way they call Helm's native tools.

Setup

Go to Settings → Integrations
Find the service you want to connect
Click Connect and complete the OAuth flow
Grant your agents access to the new tool group

Tool Groups

Each connected service shows up as its own tool group (e.g., composio:klaviyo). In an agent's configuration, choose read or read_write access per service.

Per-Workspace Scope

Connections are workspace-wide. All agents in the workspace share the same connection, but only agents with the tool group enabled can use it.
