Integrations
External Tools
Connect agents to hundreds of external services
The External Tools integration, powered by Composio, lets agents use tools from services like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Linear, and hundreds more. Agents call these tools the same way they call Helm's native tools.
Connecting a Service
- Go to Settings → Integrations and find the service (over 500 are available, with popular ones featured).
- Click Connect. Most services use OAuth; some, like Klaviyo, ask for an API key.
- Optionally scope the connection to a specific client, or leave it as a workspace default.
- Grant your agents access to the new tool group.
Giving Agents Access
Each connected service appears as its own tool group (for example composio:klaviyo). In an agent's tools, grant read or read_write access per service.
Scope
Connections are workspace-wide, and you can scope one to a particular client. Agency workspaces can connect the same service for multiple clients, and each client's agents only see that client's connection.
Plan Availability
External Tools is included on every plan, starting with Solo. See the pricing page.
