Workspace Settings

Configure your workspace

Configure your workspace from Settings. Owners and admins manage the details below; other areas (users, modules, branding, billing) have their own sections.

General

  • Workspace name - Your internal name for the workspace
  • Company name - Your brand name, used in client-facing communication
  • Workspace URL - Your slug
  • Website, industry, and company size
  • Contact email, phone, VAT/Tax ID, and address

These business details appear on your invoices and estimates.

Document Numbering

  • Invoice starting number - Numbers format as INV-0001 and count up
  • Estimate starting number - Numbers format as EST-0001
  • Default estimate notes - Prefilled on new estimates

The INV- and EST- prefixes are fixed. Invoices use a single workspace currency.

Other Settings Areas

  • Users & Roles - Members and guests (see Roles & Permissions)
  • Modules - Turn features on or off (see Modules)
  • Branding - Workspace logo and appearance
  • Billing - Plan, payment, and AI usage

Closing a Workspace

An owner can close a workspace from General settings. This cancels billing at the end of the period and hides the workspace from members, while preserving the data.
