Modules

Enable or disable workspace modules

Modules are the feature groups that make up Helm. Disable the ones you don't need to simplify the interface and keep the sidebar focused.

Available Modules

  • Clients - Accounts and contacts
  • Projects - Projects, tasks, and kanban
  • Deals - Sales pipeline
  • Time - Tracking and billing
  • Billing - Invoices and estimates
  • Documents - Rich-text docs
  • Calendar - Events and meetings
  • Forms - Intake and lead capture
  • Workflows - Automation (Pro+)
  • Agents - AI staff
  • Reports - Analytics (Pro+)

Managing Modules

  1. Go to Settings → Modules
  2. Toggle a module on or off
  3. Disabled modules are hidden for the whole workspace

Plan-Gated Modules

Some modules require a higher plan (Workflows and Reports need Pro). These appear locked on lower tiers.
