Understanding resource limits and how to upgrade

The Solo plan caps projects, tasks, and contacts; Team and Enterprise remove those caps. Team members, documents, and accounts are unlimited on every plan. When you hit a limit, Helm shows an upgrade prompt instead of silently blocking you. For the current caps on each tier, see the pricing page.

AI Credits

Agent and copilot usage draws from a monthly credit pool that scales with your tier and can be topped up when you run low. See AI Credits & Usage for how it works.

Upgrading

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Upgrade, which opens the Stripe billing portal
3. Pick a plan and confirm

Changes take effect immediately. Upgrading mid-cycle prorates the difference; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period.

Trial Periods

New workspaces start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. When the trial ends, choose the plan that fits. Team is in private testing; if you need a Team workspace today, join the waitlist or contact sales.
