Limits & Upgrading

Understanding resource limits and how to upgrade

Starter workspaces have caps on projects, tasks, and contacts. Pro and Business remove those caps. When you hit a limit, Helm shows an upgrade prompt instead of silently blocking you.

Current Limits (Starter)

Projects - 25
Tasks - 500
Contacts - 250

Pro & Business

Both tiers are unlimited on core resources. Agent usage has a generous monthly credit pool and can be topped up as needed.

Upgrading

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Upgrade, which opens the Stripe billing portal
Pick a plan and confirm

Changes take effect immediately. Upgrading mid-cycle prorates the difference; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period.

Trial Periods

New workspaces start on Starter. If you're evaluating Pro or Business features, contact support for a trial.
