How Helm plans are structured

The pricing page is the source of truth for plans, prices, limits, and what each tier includes. This page covers how the tiers are structured. For current numbers, always check pricing.

The Three Tiers

• Solo - For founders and operators running the business themselves. The plan you can sign up for today.
• Team - For multi-seat agencies and internal teams sharing a workspace. In private testing while we harden multi-seat.
• Enterprise - For organizations that need custom contracts, SSO, Client Portal, White Label, and dedicated support. Quoted per organization.

What Every Plan Includes

Unlimited team members, documents, and accounts, plus the full integration surface: Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar, External Tools, API and MCP access, workflows, and AI agents. Higher tiers raise resource limits and the monthly AI credit pool. See pricing for the per-tier breakdown.

AI Credits

Agent and copilot usage draws from a monthly credit pool that scales with your tier. See AI Credits & Usage for how metering, top-ups, and per-agent caps work.

Transaction Fees

When you collect client payments through Helm (powered by Stripe), a platform fee applies based on your monthly payment volume, on top of standard Stripe processing fees. If you don't collect payments through Helm, no transaction fees apply. See pricing for the current fee schedule.
