AI Chat Copilot

A workspace-aware assistant with full tool access

The chat copilot is a side panel that knows which page you're on, reads your workspace data, and runs the same tools your agents use. Open it with Cmd/Ctrl + ., and it stays with you as you move around.

What It Can Do

  • Answer questions about your data (clients, projects, invoices)
  • Create and update records (tasks, deals, contacts, time entries, and more)
  • Summarize projects, accounts, and deal history
  • Draft emails, documents, and status updates
  • Run multi-step actions through its tools

Page Context & Suggestions

The copilot sees the page you're viewing, so asking "summarize this project" on a project page just works. It also shows suggested prompts that change with the page, like "Log time" or "Status update" on a project, or "Advance stage" on a deal.

Approving Actions

When the copilot wants to create or change something, it shows the action for you to Approve or Decline before it runs. Records it touches appear as clickable links in the conversation.

Conversations & Voice

Conversations are saved and listed in the panel's history; start a fresh one with New Chat. If voice input is enabled, use the microphone button to dictate instead of typing.

Chat vs. Agents

Chat is interactive and driven by you, and asks before it acts. Agents work on assigned tasks, replies, and routines, with the autonomy you set. Both use the same tools.

Usage

Copilot usage draws from your workspace's AI credits, with your remaining balance shown above the message box. See AI Credits & Usage.
