Can it actually send DMs, or just draft them?

It can send DMs through your connected X account on the Managed and Full tiers, within X's rate limits. On QA it researches and drafts, and your team sends. On Managed it sends after your approval in Slack.

How does it avoid being spammy?

It only reaches out to prospects genuinely active on X, warms up with real engagement before any DM, and personalizes every message with a specific reference. It never mass-DMs, respects rate limits, and stops the moment someone asks it to.

How is this different from the Sales Development Rep agent?
